Scheduling and Care Coordinator

As a Scheduling & Care Coordinator, you serve as a caring and organized point of contact for customers while helping Environmental Advantage’s sales and stewardship process run smoothly. You manage lead follow-up, CRM updates, consultation scheduling, online booking support, customer communication, and final walkthrough coordination so Property Stewardship Advisors can stay focused on serving customers and generating quality work. Working remotely with the support of company systems like the CRM, ticketing tools, Google Calendar, Slack, JustCall, and AI-assisted workflows, you help ensure opportunities are documented, customers are followed up with, and nothing important falls through the cracks. Tree Care Sales

As a Property Stewardship Advisor, you serve as the trusted guide for property owners, helping them make clear, informed decisions about tree care and environmental services while protecting the quality, scope, and profitability of every project. You lead property consultations, recommend the right service packages, align expectations, secure payment, and steward long-term customer and affiliate relationships.
