Zack, founder and CEO of Environmental Advantage, holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from St. Cloud State University. Driven by a passion for the environment, he launched the company in 2020 with the vision of providing holistic tree care. Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.

Mitch has a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a business minor from the University of Northwestern, Saint Paul. He’s been with the company since day one, bringing management experience and a passion for eco-friendly solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Bridgette, and their two children Nikki-Jean and Bode

Favorite Tree: Apple

Before joining the Environmental Advantage team in October 2023, Jonah acquired an AAS in Natural Resource Technology and a BS in Environmental Studies. He has a straightforward, honest approach to tree care and will be an asset to all EA customers whose properties Jonah assesses. Fun fact: Jonah grew up on a tree farm and continues to support his family's tree farm operations annually.

Hunter is a natural leader. He sets the pace, levels up his teammates, and has proven skills in safely pruning and removing trees of all sizes. He is there to support our operations and ensure our customers' projects go smoothly. Fun fact: Hunter enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and woodworking.

Caleb is a chainsaw artist continuously improving and growing, just like a healthy tree. You can find him up in our aerial lifts pruning meticulously and removing trees. He comes from a background in which he provided vegetation management operations and utility line clearance to power lines. In his free time, Caleb enjoys agate picking and enjoying quality time with his family.

Favorite Tree: River Birch

Caleb brings problem solving and a "can do" attitude to our team and keeps our fleet in optimal condition. You'll find him in the field performing tree operations, and attentively and meticulously maintaining our trucks, equipment, and trailers. Caleb has a Diesel Equipment Technician A.A.S. Degree from Central Lakes College in Staples, MN. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, mountain biking, skiing, and working on his at home projects that are anything mechanical.

Marlon has been a valued member of our team for several years, bringing care, dedication, and pride to his work. He approaches each job with attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and genuine respect for our clients. His positive energy makes tree care enjoyable for everyone. Outside of work, Marlon enjoys time with his wife, Kylee, their dogs and cats, and a good card game.
